Guest Policies

We want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. While onsite, if you need any information, or have any issues or concerns during your stay, please speak with Ron, or his wife Alicia at the Campground Office. 

We want all of our guests to be able to enjoy their stay with us for as long (or as short) as they are planning to be with us. That said, please help us make your stay here more enjoyable through your cooperation with the following simple rules:

Check-In

Check-in after 2 p.m. (noon) on the day of arrival. If you believe that you're going to be at the park before 2PM, please give us a call and we will do what we can to make sure your pad site is available, or another similar site, to accommodate an earlier check-in for you. 

Check-Out

Check-out before 12 p.m. on the day of departure. Please try to make arrangements prior to 10 a.m. if you would like to extend your stay. 

Quiet Hours

Sunday - Thursday 10PM - 8AM & Friday & Saturday 11PM - 8AM

Please be considerate of your neighbor and all other campers.

Speed Limit

The Campground speed limit is 8 MPH. Please watch for children at all times. 

Children

Parents or Grandparents are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children, and visiting children, at all times. Children must be with their parents or at their site upon sundown. No bike riding after dark.

Tables

Limit of one (1) picnic table per campsite.

RV Guests (Pets allowed)

Large area outdoor rugs are prohibited on campsites. A small mat (48" x 48" maximum) is allowed at the base of your stairs.

Tent Guests

If you are visiting the campground for three or more days, and staying in a tent, please move your tent one tent-length on your third day.

Vehicles

Campground Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite

Customers are limited to two vehicles per rented site. If you need additional parking spaces, please speak to the park manager and we will try to accommodate you. Vehicles must not block the road or adjacent campsite(s). The speed limit is 8 MPH.

Visitors

All visitors must register (check-in) at the Campground Office - no exceptions.

Children

Parents are responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior. Please supervise small children in showers and restrooms, and do not allow children to play in the roadway.

Laundry

Laundry room is open 24/7. Please clean-up after yourself, and do not hang clothes on lines or trees at the campsite; we have clothes dryers in the laundry room if needed.

Pets

We are a pet friendly park, and your pets are welcome throughout the park. We do however expect your pet to be, quiet and picked up after in a timely manner. All pets must be registered (checked-in) with the Campground Office. Pet name, age and bread of animal required. 

Animals may not be left unattended outside at the campsite. Animals may not be tethered to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees or fences. Animal waste must be immediately picked up by the pet owner.

Restrooms and Showers

Shower facilities are open 24/7. Please clean-up after yourself. 

Campfires and Grills

Campfires are allowed in fire rings only for everyone’s safety. NO food or garbage in fire rings please. Do not move fire rings without prior approval.

Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted. See Park Map for hot coal disposal dumpsters. Do not put hot coals in garbage containers. Fireworks are prohibited on the Campground premises and on the property.

Garbage

Help us stay clean by depositing all garbage in the dumpster located at the front of the Campground. 

Use of Generators

Due to the noise created from running a generator, the use of a personal generator is only allowed when the park loses city power, and must be turned off once city power is restored. 

Violation of Park Rules and Policies:

We reserve the right to ask you or your guest to leave without refund for loud or objectionable behavior, or any rule violation.

Refunds:

We do not give refunds for weather, power outage, if you choose to leave early, or if you are ejected due to behavioral or other issues.

After-Hours Assistance/Security
